Nevada Wildlife Federation


The Nevada Wildlife Federation (NvWF) is an all volunteer organization dedicated to preserving Nevada's natural resources, particularly wildlife and wildlife habitat.  NvWF is the state affiliate of the National Wildlife Federation.

Board Meetings:
NvWF holds quarterly board meetings.  Anyone interested is welcome and encouraged to attend!  The meeting locations are varied throughout the state and are announced in the newsletter, Nevada Wildlife, and on the web-based Environmental Calendar page.

In addition to the state-wide quarterly meetings, district meetings for Northern Nevada, Southern Nevada, and Central Nevada are typically held monthly.  Again, anyone interested is encouraged at attend!

Volunteer Opportunities:
If you are interested in becoming involved in some of various Nevada Wildlife Federation conservation efforts, there are a number of on-going projects or activities. Official Publication:
NvWF Official Publication    Nevada Wildlife is the official publication of the Nevada Wildlife Federation and is published between 6 and 9 times a year.   The publication contains information about NvWF activities, various environmental issues facing the state, and membership news.  All members receive a copy of the publication.
